Coastal Association for Social Transformation (COAST) Trust has prepared this manual as per its experiences and values practiced. Through the participation of all level staffs of the organization and external experts it has been prepared in 1998 in the eve of starting of COAST’s journey. Later on in October of 2005 this manual has been revised through participatory way. This manual has been approved in the meeting of Board of Trustee.
