COAST Annual Staff Conference 2012
This is COAST approach to conduct annual staff conference in all the regions with the participation of all staff of the respective region. There the main discussions are about programs and management. There is also a system about the expression of the staff's grievance through an open secret method by a sheet of paper. The senior colleagues like Executive Director are present in these conferences.
