Introduction:

I participated in a Training of Trainers on Accountability Workshop during March 1-3, 2011 in Bangkok, Thailand. The course aims we

re to develop the staff of partner and non partner organizations from different corners of Asia region for providing training to the staff of their organizations for establishing of complaint response mechanism. COAST, NIRAPAD, Save the Children USA from Bangladesh, SPHERE, All India Disaster Mitigation Institute, EFICOR from India, Church World Service from Pakistan, Registered Engineering Disaster Relief- India, Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Nepal, Society for Local Volunteer Efforts (SOLVE) Nepal participated in the workshop. The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Smruti Patel and Ms. Ester from Humanitarian Accountability Partnership International, Geneva, Switzerland.
